Order data processing
The order system handles name, phone, governorate, city or area, nearest landmark, items, colors, quantities, totals, payment method, order and payment states, transfer-proof references and administrative verification records. It does not request passwords, verification codes or secret card credentials, or upload payment-proof images.
Privacy and deletion requests use WhatsApp or Instagram. Staff review linked records, requester identity and applicable legal duties before deletion or de-identification. Accepted amounts and immutable financial events are preserved. Refund approval does not mean a refund transfer has been completed.

Ask for a privacy or deletion review. Give only the minimum information needed to locate the relevant request or order. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents in an unsolicited message. Staff will explain any necessary verification privately.
2. Verification and outcome
Staff verify identity and authority before access or deletion. An order number or phone number alone does not authorize disclosure. Eligible requests aim to be handled within 30 days after necessary verification information is received. NAIZAK explains any lawful restriction or required retention rather than promising unconditional deletion.
3. Financial evidence, backups and platforms
Accepted amounts, ledger events and necessary dispute evidence must not be silently destroyed. Contact details may be separately de-identified when lawful. Backup copies and messages on WhatsApp or Instagram require separate assessment. No unverified statutory retention duration is assumed. See the Privacy Policy for the current processing explanation.
4. Browser-local information
You can clear your cart, wishlist and confirmation acknowledgement using browser controls. Downloaded PNGs remain on your device until you remove them. Clearing the browser does not delete order records held by NAIZAK.
